time between packets 3 & 4?

What is the general wait time between submission of Packet 3 and receipt of Packet 4? I realize it varies from country to country, but what have been your experiences? We're waiting, waiting, waiting...

anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month.

Contact VFS and tell them that you still haven't received it and that you need it electronically. They will email it to you. It may take a couple of times emailing them.

It took us 15 days to receive Packet 4 after electronically submitting Packet 3 at New Delhi.
