No, most likely not. However, in order to answer your question better, we need to know who you are (USC?) and who the immigrant is (family member?) and what you are applying for (GC?)

My wife is a US Citizen filing Green Card for me (Intending Immigrant). I am currently on H1B and earning, but i recently moved over to the US and don't have a W2. We have included both our earnings in the Affidavit of Support (I-864). Given the situation, should I-864A be filled by me? Also should i send any of the DS form along with my application packet when i send my I-130 and I-485

In this case, the intending immigrant can add their income to the sponsor's I-864 (your wife) as long as the income will continue from the same source after the AOS process. If this is the case with you, then you add your income on your wife's I-864 and there is no need for an I-864a. Good luck.

Yes, it means same employer. You will need to show proof that your income will continue as well. You do not need the DS form.
