I had a child born in Philippines to a Filipino women. I never registered the birth with the consulate. The Mother married another American and took the kids to the Vermont They have been there for the past 4 years. I am stated as the father on the birth certificate and also have custody given to me by the Philippine court although no physical custody. I can no longer register their birth here in the Philippines now I presume, but is there any way I can do this with another type of document as I know exists, with usis in the U S? I am thinking there must be a way to only register the births. The Mother is making problems for me. I am still in Manila Philippines.

Are you a US citizen?

What kind of problems is the mother making for you?

Because the child is in the US, you may need to resort to the family court in the child's state of residence about custody, visits, child support, etc.
