friends i have I130 AND I129 APPROVED BY USCIS IN SAME TIME

NVC GIVE CASE NUMBER FOR OUR APPLICATION

then nvc said will send case to USA AMBASSADY IN TUNISIA FOR PROCESS K3 VISA

I NEED KNOW KNOW K3 IS SAME I129 ?

and is hard interview or will be easy ambassady give visa for i can wait my principal i130

or if ambassady need examin my K3 , MEANS MY CHNCE FOR i130 is hard

Interview is the same for both visas, but the CR-1 is a much better visa. You get a green card & ssn as soon as you get to the US. You can work right away. With the K-3 you would have to adjust status which is another huge fee.

Yes the I-129 is for the k-3. They normally close the k-3 once the i-130 is approved since the CR-1 is the better visa and takes the same amount of time to approve both.
