I'm going to be having my interview soon so im just reading ahead to understand the next part of the process. so i understand the AOS, EAD and AP parts but what im curious about is studying. While your waiting for AOS to come through can you study? what about if your k-1 is expired? is there any kind of form for that or is it just allowed? haven't really read anything about people studying so i was just wondering if anyone knows the drill?

thanks for your help!

Studying what...are you meaning in school? Assuming this is what you're referring to, you'll have to call the school you're interested in and find out their policies. I'm not sure there's anything that prevents one from studying in a school setting while waiting for AOS, EAD, or AP. Of course, this is just my opinion. :)
