Incorrect Answer : A copy of the Divorce Decree is needed but this usually is associated with the Approval of the 129-F or NOA2 Approval. What is needed is:

A Stamp or Seal on the Document from the Court House containing every page if the Decree. Signed/Initialed by the Country Clerk and dated. A scanned copy is No Good. Some Certification of the Document is needed and this is how it is done. Been there. done that. RFE for not knowing myself. The Original is needed.

The question relates to : Original or Copy. You stated No. A scanned Copy is rejectable. Did I read your post wrong?

Did you include a certified true copy (copy from courthouse w/ seal) of your divorce decree when you filed the I-129F? If you did, then I think

you are good to go. However, I like to err on the side of caution, so, I recommend that you send a certified true copy to your fiance.

The CO can essentially ask you for any required documents they want to. So it is better to be prepared.

Good luck!
