Josiah,

The I-129F instructions indicate a glossy photo. You know what you need to do.

Consider a high qality digital photo e-mailed to you.

B. Give USCIS a passport-style color photograph of yourself and a passport-style color photograph of yourfiancé(e), with both photos taken within 30 days of thedate of filing this petition. The photos must have awhite background, be glossy, un-retouched and notmounted. The dimension of the full frontal facialimage of you and your fiancé(e) in separate photosshould be about one inch from your chin to the top ofyour hair in 3/4 frontal view. Using a pencil or feltpen, lightly print the name (and Alien RegistrationNumber, if known) on the back of each photograph.

As long as it is a high quality photo within the USCIS specs it should not matter.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.
