he is able to cause a lot of trouble for me, he even threatened me that he can write a letter to embassy and claim that it was a fraud case, that means i only want to come to US , not to be with him.

He is just threatening you to scare you. Like others said, go to the embassy & explain that you would like the visa cancelled. If they ask you, tell them the true reason why it is being cancelled. Don't rely that he will use a lawyer to finish it for you.
