Waiting for London Interview date

Just wondering which email address you used to contact the embassy? I rang the inquiry line and I think they gave me a different email address than normal as I didn´t have to enter a code. They also said that they don´t have my case details in their system yet- maybe this is why they haven´t replied yet. I´m trying to bring my interview date forward due to work opportunities when I arrive.

I just wanted to add to the previous posts about rescheduling your interview. I emailed last Thursday to the londoniv email address (I had no reference code just my case number in my subject line) and got a reply today saying that my interview has been moved from the 14th to the 5th!

With regard to the status of my packet I know that it left the NVC on the 15th and got to the embassy at the 16th, if that is any help to anyone!

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to check something. I was just reading some of the embassy reviews of recent interviews. I noticed this

"An embassy worker was calling to everyone that they had to have their appointment letter, receipt and a ds160. Obviously that is not on the k1 list for interview"

I am not a K1 applicant but am wondering what the DS160 is? something I've missed?

Not long now till my interview and trying to get prepared.

We don't have DS-160 that's a non immigrant application...the K1 is officially a non immigrant visa as it doesn't give them the ability to immigrate without filing the AOS so we don't need that. Are you super excited? Less than a week to go!

Right thanks.

Nervous, excited, scared, impatient. I think this last part of waiting has been the hardest. I've held off booking a flight so having nothing to work towards (like i have done in the past) doesn't help.

Anyway, not long now.

I went ahead and booked John's ticket while the price was low. You'll be fine I'm sure. Do you live in London or do you have to make the trip down?

I live just outside of London, so not far for me to travel.
