I am a bit distraught and I am hoping someone could answer this question for me. I know with a K1 Fiance' Visa that once my fiance' arrrives to the United States, we have three months to get married. My question now is, how long from the date of his visa issuance does he have to travel to the United States? What I mean is, what is the time limit to arrive here? Three months, six months? Any responses will be greatly appreciated, as we only have one more month, to the day, until his interview! God bless!

Does it matter or raise any red flag if you enter US four months after the visa issuance?

Nope it doesn't, but most people travel as soon as possible. The reason why you have 6months is to give you an opportunity and ample time to get your matters in order and travel.

Hope this answers your question. Good luck!
