Anyone know how much money my spouse will have to take with her for her Cr1 Interview at US EMBASSY in Manila?

3.17.2011 - filed for I-130

3.24.2011 - I-130 NOA1 received

5.19.2011 - filed for I-129f

5.24.2011 - I-129f NOA1 received

6.24.2011 - I-129f NOA2 received (APPROVED)

6.24.2011 - I-130 NOA2 received (APPROVED)

7.26.2011 - NVC received; Case Number and IIN received; gave email address; DS 3032 Sent

7.27.2011 - AOS Bill invoiced and paid (In Process)

7.28.2011 - AOS appears PAID

8.01.2011 - IV FEE invoiced and paid (In Process)

8.03.2011 - AOS sent ~~>received (8.5); APPROVED (8.15)

8.10.2011 - IV Packet sent ~~>received (8.12); APPROVED (8.19)

8.19.2011 - SIF

8.26.2011 - Interview date assigned (10.5)

8.30.2011 - Received interview package by email

Anyone know how much money my spouse will have to take with her for her Cr1 Interview at US EMBASSY in Manila?

I supposed nothing much if you already paid the IV and AOS Fee (VJ members please correct me if my assumption is wrong). Probably the courier fee of your spouse's passport/visa/point of entry documents if she will be approved. I will be surprised if there's more than that. I'm having my CR1 interview on Sept 7 at the US Embassy in Manila (granting there's no issues on my medical exam, hope there's none), I can let you know if there's any other fees other than that. Good luck guys!

She doesn't need to send take any money to interview...everything is already covered when paying the IV and AOS bills...including the courier.

The medical is walk in only once you get the NVC case number. Have you called & gave the NVC your guy's e-mail addresses?

You need to do that and then look at the wiki and have your spouse send an e-mail for the ds-3032 in that exact format. Then you guys will get an e-mail with login info for the payment portal for the AOS & IV bills.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

How do I schedule the interview? Will I be getting a date from the US Embassy or should I be the one to set an appointment?

CR-1 interviews are scheduled by the NVC based on what the Embassy tells them they have available.

June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

July 23, 2025:  Filed N-400 online

December 9, 2025:  N-400 interview - approved

February 27, 2026:  Oath

I had my interview last May 11, 2011 no need to pay for interview if you already paid the IV Fee bill (404) and AOS (88)...even the courier is covered...for medical just walk in if you have your case number and you need to pay the equivalent of $213 if i m correct...goodluck and godbless
