Just wondered if anyone has any info regarding case log times. Had my medical on the 11th, was received at the embassy on the 14th and my packet 3 should have reached the embassy the same week. Any ideas how long it will be until I receive an interview date?

28-02-2011 - Mailed I-129F application.

03-03-2011 - NOA1 received in mail

01-07-2011 - NOA2 received!

04-07-2011 - NVC Received Case.

15-07-2011 - NVC forwards to US Embassy London

18-07-2011 - NVC Received by London

06-08-2011 - Packet 3 returned to Embassy

11-08-2011 - Medical

24-08-2011 - Packet 3 found to have not been received by London

24-08-2011 - Packet 3 Sent to London

25-08-2011 - Packet 3 Received by London (signed for by lyodd)

21-09-2011 - interview! - APPROVED!

27-09-2011 - Visa in Hand

29-09-2011 - POE JFK

Hi, you can check my timeline, I think it was around 6/7 weeks from packet 3 until packet 4. Interview is about 4 weeks from receipt of Packet 4.

It can be about 1-2 weeks from when they receive your packet/results to assigning you an interview date. Call the Department of State's visa line to find out if they have logged everything and given you a date yet, since they will know the information before London send you your packet 4 (interview letter). See my timeline below:

I sent my packet 3 off 30th July and had my medical 3rd Aug. I just called DOS and they told me no interview date yet. I was hoping to have heard something by now as its been over 3 weeks since they recieved all my documents but hey this whole process is just one big long waiting game. I've been checking out a lot of the recent timelines and generally it looks like 7/8 weeks between sending packet 3 and going for the interview but it does vary and some seem to take longer. Best of luck and hope you hear something soon!

We got packet 4 today! I was going to call the DoS and get the status but surprise, got the letter! We had sent in our packet 3 on 8/1, they got it 8/2, they also received the medical 8/2. Add that to your time frames. Interview is 9/26.

Now how long from interview to receiving the visa? I want to buy plane tickets!

our wedding is set for september 28th and so was hoping to hear something kinda soon haha. ive been callling DOS every other day, still says our case is pending so well just have to see.
