Hi!

i was new in dis web syt..so i want to learn and know more info about geting merried in d phil. and apply a IR-1 / CR-1...

me and Mark r getting merried in d next 2 months and after dat we gona apply a spousal visa..but we dnt knw wer and how to start it..pls help us guys...ty..

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

sis what i did is after we got married..

1.change my passport name

2.gather all the doc like bc,mc,print some pic,

3.i did fill up the g-325a from

then i send it to my hubby..after that my hubby send our case to uscis..hope it kinds help to you..

First, your future husband need to obtain the Affidavit in Lieu of a Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage at the US Embassy, Manila.

Second, you need to check and gather all the (wedding) requirements, get married.

After you married, I suggest you study the CR-1 Guide, then file for the visa petition.
