I already got EAD from OPT, the EAD card is gonna expired on 07/05/2012, my question is:

1. I still need to file I-765, right?

2. I already have SSI#, will it change if i have my new EAD card?

3. what should i put on I-765

I am applying for: permission to accept employment? or Renewal of my permission to accept employment? but mine EAD is not expired now.

1. You don't need to file for a new EAD because you have one, though it costs nothing.

2. Your SSN is your number for life.

3. Permission to accept employment. You are getting a new card in a new category. There is another space to put your OPT EAD information.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
