Even if one does everything correcty, it is hard to wait and nerve-racking to wait for the VISA to be delivered after the interview at the USEM.

Info to interested people:

Aug 11 Passed K1 Interview

Aug 16 I Called USEM to ask status "sorry sir Visa not in the system yet"

Aug 19 Fiance receives text from 2GO "its being delivered today"

Aug 19 Visa in Hand delivered to Makati - visa printed on Aug 16.

Summary: K1 Visa delivered to metro Manila 6 business days (8 calendar days) after our interview.

Thanks to all of those who contribute to this wonderful website and resource! Peace.

My fiancee is in Mindanao, so I bet it will take longer. I'm planning that she'll just return home and wait for the visa to arrive. Although, I'm wondering if airline tickets should be bought after getting the visa, just in case the delivery time is variable.
