My fiance and I are unsure about what exactly needs to go out with packet 3 to the Montreal Consulate and which address to use to mail this from DHL

Currently we have:

DS-156

DS-156k

DS-230 parts 1 and 2

DS-160 confirmation page

2 color photographs

Checklist

We do not have the 5 page full application for the DS-160 and since it has been submitted we were unable to view the full application. Unfortunately, my fiance did not save the file when filling it out. Does anyone know if there is a way to view it or if we even need it? I find it silly to have to send this application when we submitted it online. We are also unclear of the mailing address we are to use when sending from DHL. If anyone has knowledge on any of this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

DS-156

The other things you bring with you to the interview.

Police cert

medical

passport

copys of the forms you sent

Not sure which address you need to use thought. I would assume their mailing address but DHL is a courier.

You also need the I-134 Affidavit of support, birth certificate, proof any prior marraiges were terminated, court and military records, 2 5cm x 5cm pictures, and fiance letter of intent. All in addition to what was just mentioned. Also bring proof on ongoing relationship to the interview as well as more proof you met.

I'm under the impression that DHL sends it to the other address, but if you mail it through any other service you use 315 d'Youville. Isn't expresspost faster than DHL anyways? Plus it's cheap.

Yes that’s right! Sorry I should have been more clear. I meant you’ll need those for the interview in addition to what Inky said to bring to the interview.

 Good catch Stuart and Thea! I wasn’t very clear.
