At medical the Dr. Marked the form for vaccines and gave her the sealed envelope, so does it mean she is good to go or not?

I'd say yes, she is good to go. This is great, one less thing to worry about.

My wife told me at the medical they said to her and wrote in the medical report that she should have all the required vaccinations. She has lived all her life in Poland and had whatever vaccinations all children get but does not have the book that lists them anymore. Will this be OK? Thanks.
