Hi ya'll my fiance is a federal worker, and he explained to me they have this "number" their employers gave them (DOL this case) that is one use only, where they can enter theworknumber.com and have a statement of their income, and salary info at this page theworknumber.com

Has anyone used it or know about if it's valid for us to present this at the interview? I've asked the USEM but they haven't answer to me yet (emailed them)

So if anyone has any clue of this, any info will be gladly received!

I am the USC petitioner and my employer utilizes www.theworknumber.com. For AOS, I used I-864EZ and included proof of employment and income report including the cover sheet from this site. Haven't heard anything back from NVC if additional docs are needed. My AOS packet also had 3 years of IRS tax transcripts, W2's and last 6 most current paystubs. Hopefully, NVC won't require anything else.

Perhaps someone who's been through the interview phase with your situation may offer a better response.

From what I've read, it seems as though each employer is able to choose which types of reports are available for their employees on theworknumber.com. My employer uses theworknumber.com, and I was able to print off a report that included my position, salary, and employer information. I don't exactly remember what that type of report was called (maybe a personal income datasheet???), but it is something that you can request and print off directly from their website.

For the visa interview, I included that report along with the I-134, my pay stubs, and my tax return transcripts. We didn't have any problems at the interview, but it didn't seem like they reviewed much of the income information that we presented. Hope that helps.
