Hi guys, will be getting ready to file for my last step in my Visa Journey in the next 2 months. I am clear on everything with the exception of traffic tickets. I have minor traffic violations (for example, expired tag, improper lane change) which have low fines ($200 max) that have all been paid for, ofcourse. My question: Do I declare these on my forms? If so, should I get a court disposition for each violation? I want to give myself enough time to be able to get the court dispositions before I send out my application.

Yes, you need to declare them.

No, you do not need to document them, although there's no harm in taking that stuff with you to the interview.

Cool. Cheers mate. I'll still go ahead and get the court dispositions and take those with me to the interview. I heard some IOs ask for them and some don't.
