After NVC number...

Just a few questions - I am in Scotland right now - and unfortunately do not have access to my computer where these answers are saved to my hard drive.

1) I just called and NVC gave us our case number and said it was sent to London on Monday. Do I need to track this? Does my fiance need to call the embassy to see if they have received it?

2) My fiance can schedule his medical now, right? But, once he has his medical can he schedule his interview - or does he have to wait for packet three to send it back saying he has all of the required documents?

Am not sure about London but usually have to wait for packet 3 and get all the instructions he needs to send in for interview stage and I am pretty sure he can schedule medical now in UK.
