I sent our packet to the Texas lockbox from St. Lucia on 7/28/11 and it was signed for on 7/30/11. It is now 8/9/11 and I still have not received an email notification from them.... This seems like it is longer than normal.... any thoughts?

Sometimes it takes more than usual. If nothing happens after 30 days, think of calling. Otherwise it's ok, you're still well within a normal timeframe.
