hello , i did payed aos fee $88 but four days it's shows piad and i print the cover sheet , when i check today it shows rejected ,i called nvc they said its rejected but they don't know the reason . now i have too pay again and i paid affidavit if support fee.

my other question my brother co sponsor for my husband ,cuz i just start working last month . i live with my brother ,do i have to send to different i864 or one ,and when i can send my ds230. thank you

  1. Check your checking/ saving account whether the debit to your account is still intact.
  2. You need to prepare your I-864 and your employment letter with pay details, also latest pay stubs.
  3. Your brothers needs to prepare his I-864 and the other required documents - like IRS tax transcripts for 2010 (2009 & 2008 are optional but good to send), latest pay stubs, employment letter preferably indicating his annual pay. Copy of his birth certificate helps in knowing the relationship - if he is not born in US, it is good to add a copy of his passport or Naturalization certificate.
  4. Once you pay IV Fee bill and the status is changed to "PAID, then you can send DS-230 with the Cover sheet with bar code.

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

WE all live in same house my mom dad brother ,myself do i have to count everybody for i864. thanks again for ur help

I live with my sister, my parents but they are not dependent to me. You only count who is dependent to you. If it's only your wife, then it's only 1 and you count yourself... a total of 2.

09/19/2011: WIFE'S VISA APPROVED!!!

I just want to be sure that you file it using the right details. Has your brother's I-864 been prepared! Are your dad and mom dependent on your brother!

no my mom dad they are dependent on me last year. i perpared my i864 like IRS ,JOB LETTER ....... and i have my brother's IRS LAST YEAR IRS TAX.......
