Well I got my RFE finished. Passport copied, airline ticket reciepts and iternerary, boarding passes, and more pics. My concern is about the pictures. The instructions say that film-dated photos are needed as secondary evidence, but my camera did/does not do that!!! I had to write the date, people and place on the back of each photo. The pictures were saved by date in my camera, but the camera doesn't print it.

I have all the primary evidence sumbitted, but the secondard (due to the date on the pics) may not be 100%

Should I be worried?

Jim

I think you will be fine, not everybodys cameras date the pictures and they tend to believe you with the dates that you put on the back. The real key is that all the evidence fit together with your story and dates.

NOA1 - 12/21/15

NOA2 - 04/18/16

NVC Receive - 04/29/16

NVC Welcome - 05/13/16

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16

DS260 done - 06/10/16

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.

If you really want it, you'll find a way!

I submitted pictures with no dates either. I just picked random pictures through out our relationship, wrote the dates and locations/event on the back of each picture. Heres roughly what all i submitted: Pictures, chat conversations, print outs of alot of facebook text, passport stamps of his visits to America to see me, boarding passes, copy of our sons birth certficate explaining why hubbys name wasnt onthe birth certficate and some supporting documents to back up that we are working on Establishing paternity through courts but it will take a little time, old emails, old letters and cards between us. I had very little to really send myself and was worried id get an RFE but we didnt, we got ourr noa2 almost two weeks ago. Just gather as much as you can and send it in! Good luck!

Oh and also letters from third parties (my family members) validating our relationship and marriage

I also had them notarize these letters. Every single letter i had from third parties, or myself i had notarized.

Spikedog--Just adding additiional confirmation to what others have posted. I also had a number of phots with no automatic date/time stamp so submitted these by printing info (exactly as you did) on back of photo. No, you have no need to worry--you should be fine. --RK
