your step son has to sign the ds-230 page one only.the ds-3032 he can e.mail that himself at NVCINQUIRY@STATE.GOV WHO EVER HE WANTS TO BE AGENT.if he wants you to be agent then he has ti sign it and send it to you. you can send it to the nvc. all the mail will come to you.

As a minor he can't sign any legal documents. Your wife will sign everything for him. If she isn't able to attend the interview then whoever takes him needs to have a power of attorney so they can sign as his temporary guardian.

BOB is right he can not sing coz he is a minor .... i did the same for mi son my husband is sponsoring him.... they ll send u the form 3032 but no 230 and the affidavit support form 864 .... after u make the payments u have to print ur cover shits and send that forms to NVC.... i did that last week ... GOOD LUCK guys

u wife sing the papers with her name i was confused and i called NVC they told me that ....
