Hi there everybody....I need some help from you guys....well,we are filing a form for travel document the I-131 with my forms I-485,I-130 and I-765.. My husband might go deploy this november.so in case i haven't recieved my green card we filled for I-131,in oreder for me to go back to philippines...My questions are,theres a box in I-131 im so confused which one to check.if im a resident or conditional of united states and im applying for reentry permit,or im applying for advance parole document to allow me to return to the united states after temporary foreign travel???

i really appreciate you guys help,and if ever someone has the same case as me,...it will really help me and my husband a lot if you post a sample of the form I-131..so i can copy it...Thank you guys..And may GOD give us more Blessings!!!

I'm guessing that you came to the U.S. on a K-1 Fiancée visa, you got married to your petitioner, and you are currently adjusting your status. If so, you should check the box on your I-131 that allows you to return to the U.S. after temporary foreign travel. It's known as Advance Parole (AP).
