Hey everyone, just puttin the finishing touches on the I-130 and wanted to get some opinions. A friend of mine who went through a fairly trying time, told me to get all affidavids from frineds for a bona fide marriage notorized. But in Spain, this may be a problem, in case all the writing is in Spanish, would I have to get a translation for the notary in Spain? If so, can my husband just do it, since he's fluent. We just got married, and don't have any financial minglings, I live with my parents and so does he, so no property or utilities either.

Here's my cover letter, please let me know if it sounds okay, thanks so much:

Wow!!!

I wouldn't be too worried about having the affidavits notarized if I were you...we included 3 (not notarized) with our petition and a whole lot less evidence than what you have listed and we were approved in 130 days with no RFE.

Good luck!
