How long does it take to receive the DS-3032 email after you are assigned your case number? I received my case number on July 18th but still no email from the NVC, just wondering because I've noticed a lot of people have gotten that email in only one or two days after they are assigned their case number.

2/13/2010: Met in Korea

1/21/2011: Married in Tacloban City

USCIS (135 days)

2/23/2011: sent I-130 and I-129f

3/6/2011: received NOA1 for I-130

3/16/2011: received NOA1 for I-129f

6/17/2011: received NOA2 for I-130 and I-129f

NVC(74 Days)

7/18/2011: NVC received and case number assigned

7/20/2011: NVC Administratively closes I-129f

7/30/2011: emailed DS-3032

8/24/2011: FINALLY received AOS Fee and PAID also sent DS-3032 for the third time (PAID on 8/25)

8/26/2011: Received DS-3032 Acceptance email

9/01/2011: Received IV fee and paid (PAID on 9/02)

9/07/2011: Delivered I-864 and DS-230 to NVC (mailed on 9/06/2011)

9/12/2011: RFE For using expired DS-230 found here on VJ

9/19/2011: Sent to NVC new DS-230 and Japanese police clearance

9/23/2011: Case Complete

Manila Consulate(39 days)

9/30/2011: Manila Consulate receives Case and Schedules interview

11/02/2011: Medical at St. Lukes Medical Extension Center 11/03/2011-Medical Finished and everything is GOOD!

11/08/2011: Interview scheduled at Manila Consulate-Approved

11/15/2011: Visa in Hand

11/19/2011: POE Atlanta

How long does it take to receive the DS-3032 email after you are assigned your case number? I received my case number on July 18th but still no email from the NVC, just wondering because I've noticed a lot of people have gotten that email in only one or two days after they are assigned their case number.

I received mine five days after getting the case number - the same day I received the AOS invoice... I had already emailed the DS-3032. I received my case number on a Thursday afternoon (and gave them mine and beneficiary email addresses at that time) and decided to wait until Friday morning to mail the DS-3032. I am assume you have already talked with the NVC and received your case and IIN number and given them your email addresses??? You should send in the DS-3032 immediately - do not wait for them.

The fact you are a K-3 with both an I-129f and I-130 may have cased a slight delay at this point as well...

You do not need the IIN number.. If you have given them your spouses email address over the phone then you can use the template here to send them the DS-3032 information.. The email must be sent from the Beneficiaries email...

Ok thanks a lot I just did that! I'll call on monday to get my iin, so i can then pay the AOS invoice and IV fees.

I didn't wait for the DS 3032 email from NVC. As soon as I obtained my NVC case number, I forwarded the DS 3032 e-mail template found here on VJ to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov using beneficiary's email address on 07/23 and I got NVC receipt acceptance on 07/27 stating I was designated as agent. Since then, I was able to pay AOS and IV fees.

03/16/11 - Package delivered - signed by S. BUSH 9:17AM

03/21/11 - Able to view case status on USCIS.gov

03/22/11 - $420.00 check cleared bank

03/24/11 - Rec'd NOA1 via regular mail
