Hi everyone i just want to know if the processing times posted here in vj will determine when you will receive your NOA2? I am quite troubled because the processing times in TSC posted that they are processing NOA1 dated April 15, 2011. I received my NOA1 last april 14 but my NOA2 wasn't approved yet. Pls. help. Thank u

My NOA1 is March 22 and no NOA2 yet. It seems to be quite a random thing as to when you get approved, as I have seen people from April approved already. Think its the luck of the draw as to who is working on your case. Other factors including background checks, etc. Check out Igor's list to see other petitions and their NOA2 dates.

Well you are looking at the completely wrong place then. EAC is Vermont you are NOT at the Texas center so don't even bother looking at that stuff anymore.

Usually it takes 4 months to get your NOA2. But it depends on the service center, some process faster!!
