I wiil be short asking for help sure if u dont mind Im here in US for just few days actually just get married and Im looking for to Apply for my AOS I 485 Form but I wanna be correct for everything and make any mistake,so I need to ask about all I need to do and about the money should write check for USCIS for the whole amount required ? also if I can just print the Info page in my passport instead of Birth certificate which will need for me to take it from Morocco and translate it there which will take many days???

The check is not made you to USCIS.

You must send in the birth certificate.

A check must be payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and yes, you should write a check for the whole amount required which is $1,070.

You can't send a copy of your passport instead of your birth certificate (you have to send it anyway). You must send in a birth certificate, translated to English.
