Sorry to sound kind of dumb, but what am I supposed to put for Q37 'Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?'

I'm thinking its yes + fiance name, since he filed the i129f to get to this stage?

K-1 is considered a non-immigrant visa. We put no because no one ever applied for an immigrant visa for my fiancee. Good luck

I have another question... the question about how long do you intend to stay in usa and purpose of trip...

I think I should write 'permanent' and 'marry fiance and set up home with' - of course that is my intention, but should I write it like that?

Yes, we're putting no as well for Q36.

On Q26 and 27 we have Permanently like you said, and Marriage and relocation to the USA. Check out the example forms. They're a good reference. I've used them for sure! Good luck.
