Denied before...processing for CR1

I don't know if this is something I need to worry about... but I am really worried. :(

More than 12 years ago my USC uncle and aunt (filipino) wanted us to have a vacation in California. As far as I can remember they just sent me and my sister forms to fill out. It was an application for Tourist Visa. I was too young to understand everything...and we were denied during the interview.

What I worry about is....

My husband petitioned me for CR1 visa. Got approved (USCIS) and now we are in the NVC part. But upon filing for I-130 he answered NO for "Q16. Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?"-----Is this going to affect me during the interview or anything regarding my visa?

Thank you for taking time reading this. I will gladly appreciate any comments from anyone. :help:

3.24.2011 - I-130 NOA1 received

5.19.2011 - filed for I-129f

5.24.2011 - I-129f NOA1 received

6.24.2011 - I-129f NOA2 received (APPROVED)

6.24.2011 - I-130 NOA2 received (APPROVED)

7.26.2011 - NVC received; Case Number and IIN received; gave email address; DS 3032 Sent

7.27.2011 - AOS Bill invoiced and paid (In Process)

7.28.2011 - AOS appears PAID

8.01.2011 - IV FEE invoiced and paid (In Process)

8.03.2011 - AOS sent ~~>received (8.5); APPROVED (8.15)

8.10.2011 - IV Packet sent ~~>received (8.12); APPROVED (8.19)

8.19.2011 - SIF

8.26.2011 - Interview date assigned (10.5)

8.30.2011 - Received interview package by email

9.05.2011 - Medical exam: passed (9.6)

10.5.2011 - INTERVIEW DATE - Approved

11.15.2011 - POE: Detroit

11.21.2011 - SSN Received

12.19.2011 - GC received

If it was for a tourist visa, then that is not immigration so you will be fine.

The only concern is if something was said on the tourist visa app which was untrue, and you signed the app- such as that you were married, or were the uncle's biological child or whatever. How old were you at the time?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I was maybe 16 or 17 years old (my sister 14). SINGLE AND WITH NO PROPERTIES...I guess that was the reason we were denied.

Nothing was untrue about it. It was an honest tourist visa application. My uncle just wanted us to spend time with them in US before retirement. They are now living here in Philippines with us.
