I'm with a doubt with my fiance...

Where should I send the petition?

There are two addresses in the instructions of the petition:

Like

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

AND

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

What is the correct address? Which should I get?

This question goes for the letter of intent too!

What address should I put?

Thanks!

Your letter of intent needs to be in the same package as your petition and all other accompanying documents.

Which address you send it to depends on which mail service you're choosing. The instructions as stated by the USCIS:

For US Postal Services:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

That would be standard Priority Mail.

For Express Mail and courier services:

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

That address is for Express Mail.

I used regular priority mail, so I sent it to the Dallas lockbox.

The first one is a regular mailing address using the USPS and the second one is for express mailing. I think you can use the USPS with priority mailing.

Good luck

Then we can send to this?

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

And this is another address to go faster. Right?

For Express Mail and courier services:

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

Correct yes.gif

I used Priority Mail at my USPS office with a tracking number and delivery confirmation (do not get signature confirmation). My packet was pretty thick with the pictures (over an inch lol), and it cost about 7 dollars with tax.

Express mail would probably be around 20-30 dollars, I can't remember the flat rate. And that would go to the Lewisville address.

Good luck :)
