How long after case is entered into system at NVC till I can pay fees

The AVR says it 7/20, so how long until I can log into the web site and pay my fee

Mine is 7/21 and NVC said we may get AOS/ DS-3032 email on 7/28, so I guess you can try tomorrow - Did you get AOS/ DS-3032 email!

Use your NVC Case Number and IIN, then try logging https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx and check if you are able to login.

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

I have been trying to log in there everyday.

I have a question, my wife already emailed 3032. Should she have waited until they sent the email first? If yes should she email 3032 again after she gets email from NVC?

I got email and also the online system allowed me to pay AOS fee and I paid. Check your using NVC Case Number and IIN at https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx. I talked to NVC regarding some specific issue I have (need change in NVC case number, due to change in US Consulate) and they said the DS-30302 emails are in the process in the order of receipt.

02/28/2011 - Notice of Action 1 (NOA1)
06/16/2011 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)

NOA2 to NVC (32 days to get Case number)
NVC: (28 days)
07/18/2011 - NVC Received and got NVC case#.
07/18/2011 - Send my Naturalization Certificate via mail and email for upgrading my case from F2A to CR1.
07/19/2011 - Gave both emails to NVC and received IIN#
07/21/2011 - Got confirmation email about changing my petition from F2A to CR1. Up-gradation took 4 business days.
07/29/2011 - AOS Fee Bill Received & Paid Online.
07/29/2011 - DS-3032 Email sent to NVC from beneficiary.
08/01/2011 - AOS package invoice shows "PAID" and Package mailed to NVC.
08/02/2011 - DS-3032 received by NVC.
08/03/2011 - IV Fee Bill Received & Paid Online.
08/04/2011 - IV Fee Bill invoice shows "PAID" and DS-230 package mailed to NVC.
08/16/2011 - SIF & Case Completed

08/29/2011 - Interview Email.
New Delhi Consulate:
10/06/2011 - Medical Done.
10/17/2011 - Interview Date and Visa Approved !
10/20/2011 - Passport with Visa picked up from local VFS office.
12/16/2011 - P.O.E.
01/19/2012 - Receive Green card in mail

2013-11-13 - Apply for Removal of Conditions.

My I130 Immigrant Petition for my husband was approved on July 18th and I received a letter from the CSC regarding the approval. Now long will it take until the NVC office in NH is informed about my case and before I get anything from the NH immigration office, please??/ Thank you!!!

Average is 30 days, so expect around 8/18 but keep checking the automated message system daily.

I got email last night from NVC and like 30 min later was able to log in and pay AOS fee.
