On July 25, 2011, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. We will hold it for 180 days from July 25, 2011 to allow you time to contact us. If you do not contact us at 1-800-375-5283 within 180 days, this document will be destroyed and you will need to file a new application or application for replacement with fee...

can anyone tell me that wat does it mean?

It generally mean wither the address given on the letter was not correct. Call them quickly and give them the correct address:

USCIS, PO BOX 804625, Chicago, IL 60680-4107 (if sent only by US Postal Service - USPS)

USCIS, Attn: I-130, 131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor, Chicago, IL 60603-5517 (if sent by FEDEX or UPS or any other courier)

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

yeah for some reason they were not able to deliver the letter to the address you put. Double check your copy of your document you sent to be sure you had correct information as well.

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received

actually the embassy denied my visa and had send back my file to uscis for further review, three days b4 they update the status that :-

do what it says ...contact them asap!!!!! IDK what happened but you must try to contact them now!! Don't wait...it will destroy your documents if you don't contact them so don't wait anymore!!! THEN you can find out exactly what to do and wht options are available to you. Why were you denied? It is possible to have them reopen the file and appeal and turn it around for antoher chance and as it says here if you don't contact them the file will be destroyed and you will have to refile starting all over again...
