It is whoever is named in the visa petition. Basically it would be for the beneficiary and petitioner. That is just a standard disclaimer in case the email gets sent to the wrong person. If it is about your visa petition then there is nothing to worry about. If it is not your visa petition (i.e. you are not the beneficiary or petitioner), then reply back to the email address listed that it is not for you.

Yes i open it and it gives us the instructions to pay the IV bill...Do we need to do something apart from paying the IV bill?

Oh my husband who is the beneficiary e mailed them and told them that its suppose to send to me,,that he is not yet in the US and is should send to..will that be a problem?
