Hello, little confuse my question is how many PCC we need to obtain from Thailand??? In the past my wife has lived in 3 different cities in Thailand to include Rayong, Phuket and Bangkok we have already obtained one PCC from Special Branch Royal Thai Police in Bangkok, Thailand. The NVC / State Department instructions require the PCC from Thailand must be issued by Special Branch Royal Thai Police in Bangkok, Thailand and we have already done so. Therefore, do we still need to obtain 2 more PCC from Rayong and Phuket??? Has anyone experienced these similar situations? Please advice. Thanks.

No matter where you live in Thailand, the Royal Thai Police office in Bangkok is the only place you can request for the PCC. So, the one your wife has is already enough :)
