My fiance sent me his and our co-sponsor documents for Packet 3,My fiances documents look fine, but our co-sponsor time ago told his job/bank not to make more pay stubs for him, so he doesnt get pay stubs anymore, just he salary deposited on the bank every month..

I do have his I-134 form, letter of employment and a copy of his property (with no mortgage) and his tax transcripts ,but no pay stubs, to replace his pay stubs he sent me a sheet where it says "payroll sumary"

Will be his payroll sumary be enough to support his I-134 form?

:help:

Deposits to bank will have a description showing it is coming from a company, you can show copies of bank statements. This same description will show the same 15 and 30 of a month (if paid twice a month) and is rather easy to 'connect the dots'.

If you haven't submitted Packet 3 yet I'd ask him to see if he can ask the payroll department where he works to print him out a few pay stubs. I did the same thing as him with my paystubs (in terms of not getting them) with my employer but when mailed my I-134 to my fiance I asked them to print them out and fax them to me (I work in a separate office) so I could give them to her. The problem with using deposit records is it may or may not work if the ledger name is obscure and does not match the employer information he provided on the I-134.
