Hello!

We are ready to send our package (!!!) but we noticed that there is a bit of confusion concerning the actual amount of the fee to include in the package (with a cheque or a money order). On USCIS they say 350 USD.

Is that correct?

Thank you

Yes the USCIS website shows the most up to date and correct fees.

The fee for the visa interview costs 350$.

If you are filing the I-129F initial package its 340$

Make sure you are looking at the correct place. If you are going to an interview you are paying 350$. If you are JUST NOW starting and mailing your FIRST EVER package its 340$.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I think you're confusing two very separate things.

The I-129F, which is your Petition for Alien Fiance(e) form costs $340.

This is NOT the same thing as a 'visa fee'.

When your petition is approved, it will be sent to the embassy in the beneficiary's country.

When the beneficiary is preparing for the interview, they will have to pay the $350 Visa Fee.

Two separate fees at two separate times.

Please read the instructions, here:
