I am a a US citizen and my fiance is an Irish citizen. I am wondering once our I-129F packet is approved and sent to the Embassy, how does the US embassy in Dublin send a detailed list of documents to apply for a visa to the recipient? Do they mail or email the packet? On all the forms, they ask for the alien's address but not the mailing address nor do they ask for his email address. His mailing address is different than his physical address. Can anyone tell me how Dublin sends the packet to the alien?
