Do I fill this out for myself? Where I, the applicant, work?

Or is this for the present employer of my spouse in Mexico?

Is this asking for my spouse's current place of residence at the moment?

I'm confused because on a I-130 guide it says, "for this question write address abroad if you are staying outside the U.S. Write "none" if you are staying in the U.S."

The US Citizen answers questions as if they are the "you" and their foreign spouse is the alien relative. Unless your alien spouse is currently working in the USA, the question in 15 is N/A. Section 19 is your spouse's address "abroad" meaning outside the USA.

Nobody is an "applicant" on the I-130. It is YOUR petition, not anybody's application for anything.

Yes but for some, it is not the same address. Depends on the circumstances. Read carefully, interpret literally and answer accurately. Remember it's YOUR petition. When it's approved, she'll apply for a visa and then she'll be the applicant and YOU will be the spouse.
