G-325A Expired Form?

Hi, I am just starting with the visa processing journey and I am compiling the documents we will need. I noticed that the expiry date on the G-325A form here on VJ and also the government website (http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf) is out of date. Does anyone know if we can simply use this form or how I can request a valid form to fill out?

We're going to file this coming August and the latest G-325a is also expired. The latest form posted is June 30, 2011. I saw from other sites that we can still use this form and they usually update the g325-a every year:))

Shouldn't be a problem. On the USCIS website it says "Previous versions accepted."

Scared me for a sec, though... I just filled out mine on Monday.

How many copies of the G-325A should I be submitting with the I-129F package?

We sent our package in January, and it was lost by the USCIS somehow. We resent our package in March and got a phone call asking us to redo it with new forms and new dates as our forms had expired. It took more than a month to log us into the system, even though we had the new packet info to them with 2 days of the request. It might make your journey a little longer if they get the package and have updated the forms on the site since you sent them. I'd keep an eye on it, and if it changes before you get NOA1, then print it and be ready to send it, if they ask for it.

A lot of things were not done by the book with our case, so I don't want to say it's going to be that way every time, but in our case, it delayed us just over a month in processing time.
