This letter will let you know that you fiance can proceed on scheduling their appointment and the rest of the process. You will also need this form when you go to your medical appointment. My fiance and I got a snail mail. Hope this helps.

NOV 14 2011 > SUBMITTED I-1485, I-765 & I-131 Application via USPS to Chicago Lockbox
NOV 18 2011 > Received text and email (I-797 Notice of action was sent via mail)
NOV 26 2011 > Received Biometrics Appointment Letter for DECEMBER 13...
DEC 13 2011 > BIOMETRICS DONE
JAN 07 2011 > Received INTERVIEW Notice for FEB 1st!
JAN 14 2012 > EAD RECEIVED
FEB 01 2012 > INTERVIEW DONE we got APPROVED for conditional GREENCARD yESSSS!!!

I-751 Removal of Condition Journey
DEC 27 2013 > Sent I-751 packet Laguna Niguel Office, CSC
JAN 2 2014 > Packet sent back because of wrong filing fee (wrote $585 instead of $590)
JAN 2 2014 > Re-sent I-751 packet with the correct filing fee this time
JAN 6 2014 > They have received my packet

JAN 9 2014 > Check enchashed

JAN 12 2014> Received Biometrics Appointment

JAN 31 2014> Biometrics done!

April 30 2014> GC Approved

May 4 2014> Letter received Card in production

May 7 2014> Received 10 yr GC! WEEEEEE!!! THANK GOD!

who gets this letter of eligibility? Do I ( beneficiary) get this by mail? or is it my fiancee? how is this needed in the visa process? thanks!

You will receive that in the mail thru a courrier. I got mine thru Air21.

That's a supplement sign that you can now proceed to appointment scheduling. You can also bring that to medical and also to the interview. Good luck. :thumbs:

Hi..I am just wondering why I got approved my on my petition 129F or NOA2 last May 31 and I have already done the medical and scheduled my interview that is on the 28th and until now still waiting for that eligibility letter from USEM..I am still worrying if it wont come until my interview still I can continue my appointment?just worrying so much..

If I dont get that mail from the said courier..can I use the scanned copy from my fancee instead? I had been having problem with the dang mails at my house address...not sure if they will give me a call tho to get to know if I can just pick it up or whatever..just preparing if same ####### happen :(

I have gone through my medical too without the letter of eligibility. SLEC let me proceed with just my case number. Then after about 2 weeks, both me & my fiancee received my letter of eligibility. He received it first then soon, a copy was sent to me as well.

02-12-2011 > NOA1 hardcopy received via mail (official date on NOA1 is 02-07-11)

06-08-2011 > Paid Visa fee @ BPI bank (scheduled interview appointment online the same day)

06-13 & 14-2011 > 2-day medical exam

most applicants wont receive it and still had no probs with proceeding to their interviiews. as long as u have an appointment letter to present to the guard, ur fine, they will let you in. :thumbs:

As long as you MEMORIZE or KNOW your mnl case number, you're fine to proceed with medical and interview. Good luck pips! :)

Who gets this appointment letter and where do they send it?

hee.. :blush: You will get it after you schedule ur interview either online or by calling to their call center agent. you, beneficiary, will get it thru email.

ofcourse you cant be able to schedule an appointment unless ur done paying the 350 visa fee and u cant proceed to make interview appointment and also medical exam unless you have ur manila case number ready.
