Sending documents

I'm going to be sending my FIANCE in the Philippines all the supporting documents he need for the interview in a few months... So I was wondering how did you all send those documents and if you or your other half encountered any problems?

I'm a bit insecure because there's important papers in there like tax returns and important information such as SSN, etc.

I used FedEx. It cost a lot but she got everything in a reasonable amount of time.

You might want to choose FedEx, UPS or other private couriers. It's faster and it's the safest way. But in our case, my husband used USPS because he's deployed during the whole process of our K1. I got all documents in few weeks..

DHL for us and no problem. I've also heard of Johnny Air Cargo.

USE FEDEX IF YOURE IN A HURRY....BUT IF ITS STILL EARLY YOU CAN ALSO SEND IT THRU LBC AS WE DID. PLS PLS PLS DONT SEND TO USPS BCOZ THE FIRST DOCUMENT THAT MY FIANCE SEND ME DID NOT ARRIVED ON TIME.

I had trouble with other packages with Fed ex and DHL . From Hawaii I mailed my docs by USPS certified mail (cost about $10.00 for approx 90 pages) to California to a company called Johnny Air. They then forwarded the package to one of their storefronts in the Philippines in CEBU. The link shows their storefronts. I talked with their customer reps the whole time and knew where the paperwork was always except from the short time it arrived at the airport to the storefront. They then called and notified my fiancee to pick it up. That cost $15.00 total. I felt like I knew where the paperwork was (It included all my tax stuff and the I-134 plus other embassy info.) I scanned everything and emailed it, and she printed them out. Works great when you discover that you missed something, especially last-minute!

Hi my fiance send it through fedEx too and get it less that 3 days..its just cost 65$ but at least safe and I did see all just in case still lacking he can just scan and send it before my interview date..the most important is the I-134 is original..goodluck

We used fedex. No problems whatsoever encountered.

How much did you spend to mail it? Was it delivered to your fiancee or had to pick it up at the local post office?
