Time between Biometrics and Interview Scheduling

4 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

We had our N-400 Biometrics few weeks ago, and my husband and the kids has their case status changed to "Interview Scheduling" after two days, but mine is still showing in "Initial Review, We mailed you a appointment letter for FP......" status.

Is this normal, even when we all had our FP at the same time. I know my FP should be fine, because I applied for and was approved for Global Entry program last month.

Has this happend to anyone else, when a member of family's case status is out of step with the rest of the family.

Thanks

Mybelle.

As far as I know, if you did not specifically ask to review all the cases together, USCIS does not necessarily do it, and members of the same family can have different timelines.
