Hi Ilang-Ilang! Would you mind if I ask how long it took before your friend's parents got an interview date? Are they from the Philippines? Both my parents' cases have been completed at NVC on 7-18-11 and I'm really hoping for a September interview in Manila but I really don't know how busy USEM Manila is. Thanks in advance for your response.
