I am in the same situation as you. We were approved for my wife's IR-1 on July 5th and now waiting for them to schedule a appointment, the NVC say's they are scheduling this week and check back on Friday or Monday to see if the appointment has been set. Keeping calling them and sooner or later they'll give you some good news..........

ahhhh sorry, should have clarified...she already had her interview for the fiance visa. Was looking to see if anyone had received word on their approved visa, who already had that same interview this past Monday....

It's all a big waiting game!
