When you do withdraw, make it clear in your letter that you are emigrating to Brazil, and no longer need to pursue a visa option for her in the US, just in case you change your mind and decide to reopen/repetition the case. I agree with the above poster that it would be great to have the visa in hand just in case, but it's only good for 6 months, and if you don't plan on using it, then it's better to cancel the request, saving the money for the interview and your time.

I hope the visa process in Brazil is easy for you, and that you breeze through it! Maybe the 84 days is a sign of things to come!

May 16 2012 - Interview date

April 2014 - application for I751 Removal of Conditions
May 7 2014 - NOA for notice of receipt and extension letter received
May 8 2014- Verification of inclusion of a dependent letter received
Not dated but in May - letter requesting interview received
July 10 2014 - ASC appointment notice for biometrics received

July 24 2014 Biometrics appointment

Jan 22 2015 - USCIS call

March 18 2015 - USCIS call

April 2 2015 - USCIS call

May 14 2015 - Infopass appt

Sept 18 2015 - infopass appt
Feb 25 2016 - USCIS call
Feb 25 2016 - Ombudsman request form sent

Thank you everyone for all of your support and wishes. I had thought about maybe just going through with the visa and using the trip I planned as another visit for more proof, thinking maybe something would come around that can be a cosigner for the Affidavit, as that is what is holding us back. But I'm not sure if the risk is worth it to possibly never be able to petition again in the future. Can I maybe get some more opinions on this?

03/13/2011: Got engaged!
04/15/2011: I-129F package mailed.
04/19/2011: NOA1 Received.
04/23/2011: Touched.
07/12/2011: NOA2 Received.
10/18/2011: Interview in Rio de Janeiro!!!!!
11/05/2011: Arrived in the US.
12/10/2011: Married <3.

03/08/2014: AOS Packet mailed.

03/17/2014: I-485 NOA1 Received.

04/14/2014: Biometrics Appointment.

07/03/2014: I-765 Approved!

07/09/2014: AOS Approved with no Interview!!

09/14/2020: N-400 Filed.

01/07/2021: Oath Ceremony - US Citizen!!!
