Hello everyone,

I've been searching the forum but couldn't find an answer to my question about requirements for the I134. Anyway, I work for a company part time, but also have my own business in real estate (which I'm assuming would be considered self-employed). At the company I work for, I receive below the poverty level guideline, but through my real estate business, I receive above the level. My tax returns show both sources of income, putting me above the level in total income. My questions is, what kind of additional documentation would I need to provide with the I134? Since I am both self employed and working for a company, would I still need to include a letter from my employer, bank statements, or stubs? Also, my total assets shown on my tax return is well above the level. Hope this all makes sense...

Thanks

Since you are combining two sources of income, you should have to provide documents supporting both of them. As you said, letter from employer, tax transcript and pay stub could be enough for the income from the employer and the tax return form from the last three years will be good enough to show your income from your business.

Good luck
