Getting a copy of what shots were given at the medical.

I was just talking to Pui and she does not remember getting a copy of what shots were given to her when she had her medical in Thailand. Can we request from the hospital a copy of what shots she was given so we do not have to redo all of the shots for the medical for AOS? I was with her at the time she had the medical, I knew I should have kept it, oh well lesson learned. Thanks everybody.

Andy if you do the AOS within a year of the entry date she wont need to do another medical. It would be a good idea to get the follow up shots. We did it at our local county health clinic where the 3 I needed cost 23 bucks. A doctor wanted 300.

The hospital gave me the shot record to bring with me so maybe she does have it & doesnt know it. If you want I will find mine & send you a P M with the info. The dosages may be different but the types would be the same.

I'm about to leave work and head home. I'll check my stuff from when I was there in April and check again with Pui if she found it. I wonder if she gave it to the embassy when she had her interview. Maybe I will call them when I get home on skype and see if they can either email what shots were given or if they could mail it to a family member in Thailand and them email or mail to us. Rin and her children had their medical done at BNH. I needed info on exactly which DTP vaccine had been given to the children (for school enrollment in Tennessee). i contacted BNH via e-mail and they were able to fax me a detailed report on their shot record. Contacted customer service at info@bnhhospital.com

I would guess the other approved hospitals would also provide the same info.
