Is it ok for me to scan and email my fiance a copy of the invitation letter/packet 3 for him to take to the interview??? Or do I need to DHL it to him because he absolutley needs the original copy??? Has anyone gone to Juarez with only an invitation letter copy and had any problems with that?????

I think so long as it is a well printed, good looking copy, it should be fine.
